Before our Meet and Greet please fill out the following forms.

1. First fill out the Client Information Form below.

2. Then fill out the Pet Information Form that corresponds to what kind of pet you have. If you have multiple pets please fill out a form for each pet.

3. You may also read over The Fluff Brigade Contract that will be signed at our Meet and Greet.

THE FLUFF BRIGADE CONTRACT

MEET AND GREET

4. Contact The Fluff Brigade by texting 865-202-5765 or emailing meredith@thefluffbrigade.com to schedule a Meet and Greet where we will go over your routine and sign The Fluff Brigade Contract. At the Meet and Greet you will be asked to provide proof of a current Rabies vaccination, which is required for both cats and dogs. Please also be ready to hand over two home entry methods.

BOOK SERVICES

5. We will book services. During the service period you will be sent photo, video, and text updates of your pets. 

PAYMENT

6. For daily visits an invoice will be emailed to you the week before for the following week. For overnight sitting a 50% deposit is due on booking and the other 50% before the sitting starts.
